Registration Forms ~
Registration is required by all students riding at the farm. Each new student shall fill out and sign our Registration forms and shall re-complete the registration forms every August. Please Click on the Registration form link below and follow the steps through all the forms. Anyone boarding a horse must also fill out and sign the Boarding Release. If completing registration paperwork at the same time, the boarding contract will be included.

Horsemanship Class
Tally Ho Farm offers a horsemanship class to those that are enrolled in our lesson program. Offered three times a year, the horsemanship class is available to those that wish to expand their equine knowledge. We also offer a work student program that is tied into this class. Any student that wishes to enroll in our off-campus PE program must be a current work student. For more information on our work student or PE programs please visit the "Other Events" tab.
